The Scottish Government has identified a requirement for professional legal services to support the project team for the acquisition of a new Glasgow Office. This involves the acquisition of a new c.200,000 sq. ft. (18,500 sq. m.) commercial property development in Glasgow. The legal advice will be required in a number of areas as detailed in section 3 – Scope / Statement of Requirement. This opportunity is offered via a mini competition under the Scottish Government Framework Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services (ref: SP-22-011) Lot 4 - major infrastructure and commercial projects (and related litigation).
