Description

Marine Scotland wishes to seek a tender for servicing of the davits holding the lifeboats and rescue boat on board MRV Scotia.Only organisations authorised by either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a UK authorised Recognised Organisation (RO) in accordance with MGN 555 (M) (Life-Saving Appliances, Lifeboats, Rigid Rescue Boats, Launching Appliances and On-load Release Gear – Authorisation of Service Providers); may conduct the 5-yearly servicing and maintenance of lifeboats described in this MGN and in MSC.402(96).
