UHI wish to procure consultancy services to provide support to undertake and prepare elements of an outline business case (OBC) for a new operating model for the UHI Partnership. The development of the OBC is to be completed by the end of May 2024.The support required covers general support and advice across the development of the whole case, but with specific responsibility around the development of both the financial and management cases within the OBC.Fuller details on the specification of requirements are outlined in section 2.
