The Scottish Pig Health Scheme commenced in 2003 and within the UK pig industry has pioneered the use of abattoir health monitoring as a means of providing practical, timely feedback to producers on the health status of their herds. As the end of the existing contract approaches, QMS would like to appoint a contractor to deliver the scheme for the period beginning 1st of April 2024 and ending on 31st of March 2027.
