North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership are commissioning an intensive therapeutic counselling service for children under 18 years of age, who have been exposed to a very traumatic experience such as,

• Being a victim of abuse (physical, sexual and/or emotional)
• Bereavement of a close friend or family member (especially if sudden and unexpected)
• Witnessing extremely distressing events (i.e., domestic violence or significant non-familial violence, parental or family substance use, life-threating illness)
