North Ayrshire Council (NAC) seek to notify the market of a potential future contract opportunity for a main contractor to complete physical improvement works known as the Coastal Hub (phase 1) in Irvine's Harbourside. The works will include the play park, skatepark and pump track within the Beach Park, landscaping, drainage, road and paths realignment between the Beach Park and the Harbour with associated works.
The contract is anticipated to commence in October 2024 with anticipated duration of 74 weeks.
