Award of Inclusive language advice - review of SG Leadership Framework

Participate in the validation of a refreshed Leadership Framework by: providing advice on the inclusivity of the language used, and produce a high-level ‘overlay’ document to communicate the framework (primarily to internal audiences) using a communication inclusive approach.Reviewing the inclusivity of the framework’s communication should include consulting 3-4 Scottish Government staff members.The products to be delivered are:1)an inclusive language review of 4 paragraphs which summarise the 4 quadrants of the SG leadership framework – providing updated wording for the 4 paragraphs which maintains the original meaning and communicates it in an inclusive way2)recommendations on the layout, order and communication accessibility of the overall framework
