The Scottish Ministers appoint one main firm of legal advisors (“the Service Provider”) and one reserve firm of legal advisors (“the Conflict firm”) under Lot 3 of the Scottish Government (SG) Framework Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services for Litigation, Reparation, Employment and Public Inquiries. The Service Provider/Conflict firm will work to various directorates and agencies on the behalf of the Scottish Government Legal Directorate (SGLD) and to various UK Government departments and agencies on behalf of the Office of the Advocate General (OAG).
