The Scottish Government has set out a clear commitment that every home and business across Scotland should be able to access superfast broadband. This commitment resulted in the Reaching 100% programme (R100), which comprises public investment through three regional contracts alongside a voucher scheme. To procure the main R100 contracts, Scotland was split into three geographical Lots – the North, Central and South.
