The recruitment team require a contract in place to support the management of certain campaigns. Historically an assessment exercise has been required to support the Unit Manager recruitment process, however this is likely to expand into the First Line Manager recruitment process. An assessment exercise may be required 2-4 times per year, subject to variation. The off the shelf exercise(s) may be in the format of aptitude testing, analysis exercise, in-tray exercise, group exercises, role-play etc.
