The Scottish Ministers appoint one main firm of legal advisors ('the Service Provider') and one reserve firm of legal advisers (‘the Conflict firm’) under Lot 5 of the Scottish Government (SG) Framework Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services for Property and Related Matters. The Service Provider will work to various Directorates and Agencies on the behalf of the Scottish Government, and the Office of the Advocate General (OAG).
