As part of COPFS’ Net Zero strategy, Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd will provide a holistic low carbon refit of the Edinburgh Crown Office (ECRO) at 25 Chamber Street.
The cost of the service for COPFS (only) is estimated at GBP 11,180,000 (including VAT) and will be delivered between 2023-2026 through a combination of COPFS capital budgets and Scottish Government Grant Funding.
This procurement process was performed in collaboration with SCTS who are hoping to award their modernisation works alongside COPFS, once budget is confirmed by Scottish Ministers. Should the scope of work drastically change, it is within SCTS’ rights to re-tender their portion of the scope.
