Consumer Scotland are looking to appoint a supplier to complete an Energy Tracker Survey. 3.2.The primary objective of this research is to track the experiences consumers in Scotland have across all energy markets (both regulated and unregulated) over time with a plan to conduct this work beyond 2024 and build our long-term evidence base on the consumers’ experience of affordability and customer service standards in the energy market.
