Introduction1.The Scottish Government wishes to commission an organisational development programme for the Environment and Forestry Directorate’s divisions x 5.2.This project will support deputy directors with improvement themes in their divisions and will build on the organisational development work being undertaken by the directorate’s EMT and the personal development work with the unit head leadership cohort.Background & Context3.The directorate’s senior management team is undertaking organisational development work and we would now like to build on this work with each of the 5 x divisions receiving dedicated Organisational Development (OD) support to meet their own improvement themes.
