Description

Tender process under Lot 11 of Scotland Excel’s (SXL) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Treatment and Disposal of Recyclable and Residual Waste, reference 27/17, for the collection, reception, recycling, and treatment/diversion of bulk waste. The supplier will be required to:

collect bulk waste materials from council locations as requested by the council
receive bulk waste materials delivered by the council
process and treat bulk waste to maximise
