The project, in general, will comprise of major structural alterations to the changing room area along with roof repairs, boiler plant replacement and partial rewire works. Areas of the building will remain operational including the community gym facility and also the external 3G football pitches. Temporary connections will be required to maintain power to 3G floodlighting and facility.
