South Lanarkshire Council have a requirement to undertake a Negotiated procedure under standing Order 9 of the Council's Standing Orders on Contracts for the provision of The Supply and Application of Tanker Applied Road Surface Coatings.
The Council's Roads and Transportation Services has a historic and ongoing requirement for an external provider to provide services relating to the supply and application of liquid bitumen emulsion to carriageways to support its maintenance operations.
The contract between the Council and the Scottish Borders Council consists of NEC3 Term Service Short Contract.
The contract will be for a period of 5 years from April 2023 – 31 March 2028.
