The supplier will be required to provide –-Server support and maintenance for the leased Linux php servers. – covering system security updates; backup and retrieval processes, review and maintenance of system logs etc.This will be done by remote access on secure login to the server. The supplier will require to have a fixed IP to access the server remotely.-Support and maintenance for the live i-develop Moodle installation and test Moodle instance covering Moodle system security updates, security updates for Moodle plugins including reimplementation of customisations where necessary.-Installation of any essential updates for the 2 WordPress installations.-Advice to the Technical Project Manager in carry out standard on going service tasks – such as using reporting tools, extracting and analysing statistics etc.
