Description

Alteration and extension of existing building to form a new STEM, Council facilities and community spaces.(STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Primary focus of the refurbishment is providing a dedicated STEM education Hub with additional office space for Argyll & Bute Council Digital Team and community facilities for shared/hybrid working.

Due to the age and condition of the existing office building the refurbishment will include critical repair works as well as providing new internal layout suited to the teaching of STEM activities
