The the provision of a term Quality Assurance Audit contract for inspection and reporting, as detailed in Schedule 3 Scope/ Description of Works, on (a) gas boiler/ central heating systems and (b) electrical systems maintained by the Employer’s contractors, in domestic flats/ houses within Castlemilk, Glasgow G45 as detailed in Schedule 1 Contract Area.
The Quality Assurance Auditor will attend, visually and technically inspect, record, certify and report on gas and electrical systems, in-progress, following maintenance/ installation works and as instructed by the Employer, including attendance at progress/ technical review meetings.
