The purpose of this tender is to appoint a contractor who will provide a pre-approved design and build solution for Allotments on a pre-identified area of land at Dillichip Loan.
These will provide 50 traditional and raised bed plots of various sizes for residents of West Dunbartonshire who are eligible to apply for an allotment. The average size of the plots will be 50 square metres.
Allotment sites will be serviced with water, fencing and access pathways.
