East Renfrewshire Council invited tenders, from suitably qualified companies for the provision of Technical Audits – Gas Maintenance & Installation.
East Renfrewshire Council’s appointed contractors carry out Replacement Gas Installations / Services on a scheduled programme within our commercial and domestic properties.
Gas Servicing/Installation Certificates:
ERC will provide details of completed Gas Servicing/Installation Certificates and Periodic Electrical test certificates on a monthly basis to facilitate random third party selection of properties/certificates to be audited.
An even spread of work throughout the ERC area shall ensure a representative sample is achieved.
This procurement was conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T). We applied a one stage Open procedure.
Bidders self-certified their adherence to the conditions of participation via the SPD (Scotland) in PCS-T, and were required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders referred to the specific requirements listed in Section III in this Contract Notice when completing the SPD in PCS-T.
