This tender process is for participation in the Contract for The objective of this commission is to research and develop options for the operating model and a 5 year business plan for the proposed Arts Culture & Activity Centre on the site of the former George Hotel, Stranraer. The appointed consultant will undertake work that will provide recommendations which will allow Elected Members to identify a preferred operator for the re-developed site whether this be internal to the council or external – for which another procurement exercise will take place. The results of this work will be used to support the development of a full business case (FBC) in accordance with HM Treasury Green Book (2022).
