Assistance is required with the associated practical ‘handyperson’ tasks including the removals of furniture, building flat packs, fitting carpets/vinyl flooring, plumbing washing machines, fitting cookers etc. There may be occasions when a young person is moving back to Aberdeenshire, having spent some time in another Scottish local authority so transportation of items may be further afield. Having support with these tasks will allow our young people to have the best start to independent living.
