North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”, “the Council”) is undertaking a Soft Market Testing (“SMT”) exercise to understand how to maximise the benefit from its investment into two solar farms planned to be completed by Spring and Autumn 2024.
The Council therefore wishes to engage with the energy market to understand how to market this opportunity (via a future partner selection process) and understand the risks and benefits of the available options.
To respond to this SMT, please complete the attachment (it is important to read section 2 carefully and respond to the questions detailed in section 4).
