The successful Candidate will be required to undertake:
Painterwork
Maintenance painterwork redecoration to: internal common closes; external elevations; external common spaces, access areas and gardens/ backcourts.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter and downpipe cleaning.
Refurbishment of Existing Front & Rear Metal Fences
Remove metal fencing off site, cut away & weld on identity/ location number; transport to factory; shot blast to bare metal; re-galvanise [dip] in factory; transport back to site; identify existing position; re-erect in existing position; galvanise/ touch up on site [welded joints] and all cutting back landscaping, consequential works, making good etc. to facilitate removal and replacement are deemed to be included.
