This is a project to undertake community engagement and prepare a feasibility study, options identification, concept design and supporting documents for the development of Phase 2 of a new active travel route that will link Rosneath to the Castle Caravan Park junction. The designs are for Phase 2 of this project and must compliment the existing Phase 1 as well as delivering improvements to the walking, wheeling and cycling environment in line with Cycle by Design 2021, Designing Streets and relevant roads design guidance, along the length of the route and include placemaking improvements at key locations. This project must complete the key deliverables required by 17 November 2023.
