Fife Council has a requirement for the provision of a CCTV Hub (Central Monitoring System – CMS) that will be situated in Halbeath, Fife. Fife Council has 12 high rise properties that will have CCTV cameras installed along with NVRs, linked via a private network to the CCTV hub. This solution will enable staff based at the CCTV hub to review activity at each site and respond accordingly. There will be a dedicated private network that will be the backbone of the solution. It’s envisaged this solution will expand to include other Housing properties, as the solution matures. This document details the scope of the framework and will explain how the framework will be used.
