sportscotland was seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contactor to evaluate the School Swimming pilot projects. The project reflects Scottish Swimming’s vision - Everyone Can Swim. Providing better access and prospects to learn to swim for all is a strategic priority for Scottish Swimming where every child should be given the opportunity to become a confident, safer and competent swimmer. School swimming in curriculum time remains an essential focus to increase the number of children of all ages and abilities learning to swim as a life skill for safety, health, and enjoyment. Scottish Swimming – School Swimming in Scotland – Phase 1 will aid, and progress further work.
