We’re looking for a Senior User Researcher to join our multi-disciplinary team. This is an unique opportunity for the right candidate to be directly involved in helping the team to deliver quality, user-focused products as part of the digital transformation of the Scottish planning system.We expect the successful candidate will plan, design and carry out research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the people that use government services. They will ensure that research informs policy, proposition, service, content and interaction design so that services work well for people and achieve their policy intent.
