NHS Lanarkshire is considering the fit out of patient bedrooms in the new Monkland’s Hospital.
A screen may be required in each single patient bedroom throughout the hospital and other areas yet to be defined. Within the single patient bedroom, the display screen will need to provide a number of features and functionalities that are easily accessed by a number of different user types such as patients, clinicians, support staff etc. It should be made clear how this access is achieved for each anticipated user type.
