Description

This contract will cover the cost of expert staff to build a reporting pipeline and provide data in the format of a weekly report which outlines and quantifies the SARS-CoV-2 variants found in wastewater samples in Scotland. This report will be separate to the ‘Wastewater COVID-19 report’ that describes levels of COVID-19 RNA in wastewater. The report will be made available to the Scottish Government Wastewater Monitoring Team who will circulate it to stakeholders as appropriate.
