Description

The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of Scottish Ministers, intends to commission research to improve understanding of historic settlement schemes affecting the Gypsy/Traveller communities in Scotland throughout the 20th Century, colloquially known as the “Tinker Experiment”. The contractor will be required to carry out archival research to establish a timeline of key events, decisions and roles.
