Angus Council, on behalf of Angus Alcohol and Drugs Partnership seek to establish market capability for a Community Recovery Service in Angus. The Service will include, but not limited to, emotional and practical support which will enable people who use substances, inclusive of people who use alcohol and drugs, to achieve their personal outcomes whilst safeguarding their own health and wellbeing. Attached is Briefing Document which provides information regarding the proposed service as well as a Questionnaire to be populated and returned by 12.00 Friday 6th January 2023. Responses to questionnaires will not be evaluated but will be used to determine market capability. Please note that this Prior Information Notice is not an invitation to tender, nor is it a formal stage in a procurement process. It is being used as a Request for Information to determine market availability.
