North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) is looking to engage with the market ahead of a potential opportunity for contractors to deliver Energy Company Obligation 4 Flex (ECO4 Flex) within the North Ayrshire area, on both the mainland and islands - Arran and Cumbrae.
Interested parties would be required to follow OFGEM ECO4 FLEX guidance as well as all Council processes for this scheme. No cold calling will be permitted.
NAC are keen to follow a whole house approach to energy efficiency installations.
