CHA wishes to procure a hosted/ cloud- based IT solution that will be used to manage and support the following key business areas:
Housing Management Functions: Rent Accounting, Tenancy Management, complaints, voids and lets
Property Maintenance Functions: Asset Management, contract management, repairs administration, Landlord Health and Safety, support Facilities Management requirements for 40 bed space unit
Provision of Factoring Services
Customer Relationship Management & Customer Self Service areas
Financial Management Functions: General/Purchase/Sales ledgers, fixed assets, component account cash book and VAT, Group structure finance requirements
Reporting Functionality within all areas: Financial, Housing Management, Property Maintenance, Regulatory requirements, GDPR & Freedom of information
It is a specific requirement of the commission that the new system is in place and fully operational by April 2024.
