Skills Development Scotland has a requirement to procure a third-party supplier to develop the "National Occupational Standards" website (https://www.ukstandards.org.uk/) from its existing technology platform to a new, open-source CMS, before the existing platform (SharePoint 2013) becomes obsolete at the end of March 2023.
