North Ayrshire Council invites tenders for the provision of Framework Agreement for Painting and Decorating Works of Non-Domestic and Void Properties. NAC currently have a contract in place for this requirement which is due to expire on 31st January 2023 and therefore the requirement is being re-tendered. The resultant contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing 1st February 2023 until 31st January 2025 with the option to extend by up to 24 months until 31st January 2027.
A maximum of 4 suppliers will be awarded a place on each lot. Places will be awarded to suppliers with the most economically advantageous responses. However, if a situation arises where bidders have the same final score, more than the maximum suppliers stated may be admitted to the framework.
