The University of Aberdeen wish to appoint an effective maintenance term contract for a full TFM Contract that encompasses the following maintenance disciplines - HVAC & Plumbing, Electrical & Data, Building trades, Painting, Floor coverings, Grounds, Cleaning, Key holding. For the provision of Reactive, Planned, and Statutory maintenance along with the delivery of Minor works that best meet the needs of the University.
