We have been notified that the Public Contract Scotland (PCS) site was offline for maintenance yesterday evening for a period of time which prevented tenderers from accessing the contract notice to access the information required in order to access the PCS-T site. As such the Council has decided to extend the deadline to 14:00 to allow tenderers to submit their responses now that PCS is back online.
