The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is seeking to procure a designated House Cleans service to facilitate the deep cleaning, decluttering and removal of waste from identified room(s) within a house/domestic property, making it safe, sanitary and habitable for the adult tenant/house owner. The house/domestic property will generally be occupied and regarded as someone’s home and therefore unlikely to be a void property. This is not intended to be an empty house clearance service. Please note, however, we are currently in the very early stages of this procurement therefore all criteria we are focused upon is subject to change.
