The Council are looking to procure approx 9 to 12 Power Assisted Exercise Pieces of Equipment (for people with disabilities, poor mobility or long-term health conditions).
The power assisted exercise technology will provide a ‘helping hand’ to users which will enable a low impact, full body workout circuit
All equipment will have electronically controlled transmissions
Each machine will require to be seated and recumbent as this will reduce stress and impact on the body/joints.
Equipment must not have any weight stacks to control, just safe and effective power assisted technology.
