A two-part study to investigate the levers available to advance fair work, is required by the Fair Work Convention – an independent body with a remit to advise Scottish Ministers and advocate and promote fair work. Part 1 will be a broad consideration of levers for fair work within Scotland, while Part 2 will be a deeper dive into the levers available to use specifically in the Scottish hospitality industry.
