Description

The Library requires the digitisation of analogue video tapes, the budget for this project is from external funders,Transportation to and from the selected supplier’s premises will be arranged and paid for by the Library.Digital storage media (hard drives) will be provided by the LibraryTapes will be delivered to the facilities house in 2 batches to decrease risk of accidental loss for the overall collection.Digital storage media (hard drives) will be provided by the Library and collected in 2 batches.Original tapes are to be returned once digital files have been received and approved by the Library.The Library will arrange the courier services for delivery and uplift of video tapes and relevant insurance of collection
