Dumfries & Galloway Council require a suitably qualified and experienced company (the Supplier) to undertake Fire Risk Assessment within approximately twenty-five existing non-domestic premises under the council’s control. The range of premises typically include operational depots and workshops, social work activity resource centres, and leisure and sports facilities. The purpose of the fire risk assessment is to assure life safety in accordance with current fire safety legislation and relevant good practice. This will include but is not limited to:
