Identify & catalogue NLC Assistive Technology users and the assistive technologies software and versions in use and benefits to end user. Replace end of life and unsupported assistive technology devices, including peripheral devices such as encrypted Dictaphones and smartpens associated software and platforms. Prepare fully functioning M365 compatible devices with the appropriate assistive technology installed and configured for each user. Support all users through the implementaiton process. Prepare a robust plan for device deployment minimising disruption to assistive technology users. Ensure each user is trained on on any differences to their assistive technology compared to the previous setup. Provide information on replacement peripheral devices.
