High colleague engagement will be key to ScotRail Trains Ltd (SRT) delivering their commitments and ambitious modernisation agenda. We are looking to partner with a supplier who can help us to set up a regular mechanism to track levels of engagement through setting a baseline metric and then tracking progress via regular pulse surveys.
