The Council requires to appoint, to a Measured Term Contract, a suitably experienced Contractor who can deliver a high-quality service to carry out Remedial Works to Damp Houses, within Council owned domestic properties throughout South Ayrshire.
Works will be to South Ayrshire Council owned properties, which will normally be carried out in occupied premises, comprises the removal of damp cavity wall insulation with ancillary trades; possible repairs to damp solums and timber treatment/ rot removal; installation of mechanical ventilation systems.
