Description

North Ayrshire Council requires a suitable Contractor to complete the design and construction of a new 18,000sq/ft industrial unit. The unit will be constructed predominantly as a shell with the fit out to be completed by the proposed Tenant upon completion.

North Ayrshire Council are developing the existing business park to create a flexible development framework for the overall i3 area to assist in promoting the site to both Digital Process, Manufacturing and Life Science Industries.
