HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the requirements as detailed in the Scope of Requirements, whilst offering best value in the expenditure of public funds.
Bidders are invited to suggest justified ideas for a delivery format. Delivery should be as accessible as possible and a fully virtual delivery format would be welcomed to reduce travel.
The services will be required from 1 August 2022 for an initial period of 20 months (until 31 March 2024), with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 6 months following the Initial Term.
The initial 20 month budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP110,000 and GBP147,000 (excluding VAT).
